JSID is a Las Vegas-based boutique studio dedicated to creating uncommon interiors for clients who seek something more personal and distinctive.
Led by three principal designers, Jennifer Catlin, Gregory Guarnieri, and Kristin Metcalf, and supported by two design assistants, a project coordinator, and a bookkeeper, our compact team delivers thoughtful attention and consistent oversight on every project.
We work on a selective number of full-service residential projects each year, traveling wherever our clients call us, whether it’s a primary residence, vacation home, yacht, or jet, across Las Vegas, Park City, Los Cabos, Manhattan, and beyond.

Jennifer Catlin
Jennifer leads JSID with more than 20 years of experience in high-end residential interior design. As the visionary behind the studio, she shapes its long-term direction and maintains a focused boutique practice that deliberately selects projects and clients who seek the most distinctive, unusual, and rewarding design outcomes. An admirer of unusual art and artifacts, Jennifer brings a distinctive creative perspective that results in sophisticated interiors with a sharp, worldly edge.
Head of Studio + Lead Designer
Gregory Guarnieri
Gregory Guarnieri serves as Head of Studio and Lead Designer, bringing more than two decades of experience to every JSID project. Before joining the studio in early 2020, he spent over 20 years as the principal of his own firm on the East Coast, where he honed the architectural rigor and curated eye that define his work today.
A graduate of architecture studies in New York City, Gregory masterfully balances historical depth with a contemporary edge, accepting nothing less than excellence. Now happily settled in Las Vegas, he pushes the team beyond trends with uncompromising standards and a famously quick wit.
Lead Designer
Kristin Metcalf
Kristin Metcalf is a Lead Designer who joined JSID in 2021 after building her career in the commercial and hospitality design world. A graduate of the UNLV School of Architecture’s Interior Architecture and Design program, she has become a trusted lead for the studio’s most prestigious clients.
A Las Vegas native, Kristin pairs disciplined technical skill with a sharp aesthetic intuition that drives every project toward excellence. A devoted mother and nature enthusiast, she thrives on physical challenges and the constant search for the notably uncommon.
