Approach
For over 20 years, JSID has been delivering a focused, hands-on experience for clients creating or reimagining their spaces. We develop interiors with a clean aesthetic and a sophisticated, worldly sensibility that feels distinct.
Each project is an opportunity to push the boundaries of style, leading us to create new, transformative interiors that are notably “uncommon”.
We handle architecture consulting, spatial planning, material and finish selections, furniture, custom pieces, drapery, millwork, and full styling details. Given the opportunity, we put our touch on the design detail, all the way down to bedding, barware, and books.
We avoid trend-driven design. Instead, we combine rare materials and one-of-a-kind furnishings to creating interiors that feel unmistakably yours.
Meet our creatives
JSID is a team of three designers, Jennifer, Gregory, and Kristin, plus our assistant designers, bookkeeper, and project coordinator.
Jennifer Catlin, Founder, Creative Director, and CEO, leads with over 20 years of experience creating sophisticated interiors for architecturally significant homes.
Gregory Guarnieri, Head of Studio and Lead Designer, was previously principal of his own firm on the East Coast for over 20 years before joining JSID in early 2020. He earned his degree in Architecture in New York City and has happily found his home here in Las Vegas.
Kristin Metcalf, Lead Designer, joined JSID in 2021 after working in the commercial design world. She is a UNLV School of Interior Architecture and Interiors graduate and a Las Vegas native.

We're based in Las Vegas, but we don't stay there. We design and oversee projects across the country and beyond. We handle everything from the first architectural move to the final installation, no matter where your home(s) or yachts or jets happen to be.
